Description	The cohort consists of over six thousand healthcare workers from the University Hospital of Padova, stratified by gender, age and job title. The subjects are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 and periodically tested with nasopharyngeal or salivary swabs. Subjects were also tested once with serology test between 1-3 months after the third dose of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (approximately 1 year after the first dose). Clinical data were collected via online questionnaire.
