Description	The objectives of this cohort are to describe: 1) clinical features of illness; 2) treatment used and their outcome; 3) virus replication, excretion and evolution in multiple sites; 4) host responses including innate and acquired immune responses; 5) host genetic variants associated with disease progression/severity.
